  • Personalised items typically require additional production time before dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

  • Personalised/custom items are generally exempt from standard "change of mind" cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, except where the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
